Brittney A. McClinton

Ms. Brittney A. McClinton was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2012. Brittney is also licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas. Her practice areas include family law, estate planning, and civil litigation.

At the University of Arkansas,  Brittney received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Legal Studies. She was on the dean’s list and a member of the Tri-Delta sorority. In law school, at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Brittney was a member of the Law Review, serving as a research editor for the publication.

Brittney grew up in Hubbard, Texas and is an active member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and is currently acting as an Ambassador for the organization. Brittney is also a member of the Denton County Bar Association and the Women of Flower Mound.
